Baseball Recap: Horizon's Loss Ends Eight-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Horizon was the 8-1 winner over El Dorado when they last played one another back in March of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Scorpions fell 6-1 to the Aztecs on Wednesday.

Horizon saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ceaser Aguero, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Horizon's defeat ended an eight-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-6. As for El Dorado, their record now sits at 8-15.

While Horizon had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
