Softball Recap: Plymouth Comes Up Short

The Plymouth Wildcats came up short against the Divine Child Falcons on Friday, falling 9-3. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Plymouth saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hannah Simko, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base and one run. Simko is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played.

Plymouth's record is now 9-9. As for Divine Child, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season.

Plymouth will head out to take on South Lyon East at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Divine Child, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Allen Park at 4:30 p.m.
