Volleyball Recap: FAU High Takes a Loss

FAU High came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the North Broward Prep Eagles, falling 3-0. The Owls have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

The final score came out to 25-3, 25-10, 25-10.

Leading North Broward Prep to victory were Emma Luehrs and Bruna Saporiti. Luehrs had four digs and two aces, while Saporiti had four assists and two aces. Luehrs is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 12 or more in each of the last 21 games she's played dating back to last season.

FAU High's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, FAU High will challenge Don Soffer Aventura at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for North Broward Prep, they will take on NSU University at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
