Baseball Recap: Pearsall Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Pearsall's offense. They came up short against the Floresville Tigers/Jaguars on Friday, falling 12-0. The Mavericks haven't had much luck with the Tigers/Jaguars recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Pearsall's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Floresville, their win bumped their record up to 10-6.

Pearsall didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 12-3 loss against Uvalde on the 18th. As for Floresville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 5-4 defeat against La Vernia on the 18th.
