Football Recap: Wilbur-Creston-Keller Skates Past Republic with Ease

It was a proper cat-fight when Wilbur-Creston-Keller challenged Republic on Friday. The Wildcats claimed a resounding 58-16 victory over the Tigers. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won six in a row.

Wilbur-Creston-Keller found their leader in sophomore Dustin Dean, who picked up 57 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns, and also rushed for 67 yards and one score.

Wilbur-Creston-Keller was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 487 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in November of 2024.

Wilbur-Creston-Keller's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Republic, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3.
