Basketball Recap: Mansfield Senior Has No Trouble Against Madison Comprehensive

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bishop Hartley, Mansfield Senior was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They put the hurt on the Madison Comprehensive Rams with a sharp 68-42 win. Given the Tygers' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 84th, while the Rams are ranked 564th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Mansfield Senior's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Madison Comprehensive, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-11.

Mansfield Senior wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 65-60 defeat against Big Walnut on the 18th. Madison Comprehensive has also already played their next game (against West Holmes), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
