Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Archbishop Molloy). They never let the St. Edmund Prep Eagles get on the board and left with a 35-0 victory on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Stanners, who have now won ten contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Archbishop Molloy is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-5-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for St. Edmund Prep, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Archbishop Molloy will welcome St. Mary's at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Stanners are facing the Gaels at the right time seeing as the Gaels are stuck on a 12-game losing streak. As for St. Edmund Prep, they will be playing at home against St. Anthony's at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Friars' pitching crew has only allowed 2.9 runs per game this season, so the Eagles' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
