Volleyball Recap: Washington Union Comes Up Short

Washington Union was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Justin Garza Guardians. If the Panthers were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Guardians when the teams met back in March of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Washington Union now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Justin Garza, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-3.

Washington Union wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Paraclete on the 1st. As for Justin Garza, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Arroyo Grande on the 1st.
