Ord extended their winning streak to three on Friday, bumping them up to 3-3. They walked away with a 21-14 win over the Grand Island Central Catholic Crusaders. This was payback for the Chanticleers, who suffered a 31-28 loss the last time these two teams met.

Jordan Williams threw for 34 yards on three of seven attempts. Beau Wells was his top target, picking up 26 receiving yards.

Having lost for the first time this season, Grand Island Central Catholic fell to 5-1. The matchup marked their lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Grayson Sack and Jack Alberts certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Sack rushed for 70 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only nine carries, while Alberts rushed for 127 yards.

Ord didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 63-7 victory against Centura on the 10th. As for Grand Island Central Catholic, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 52-14 win against Cross County on the 10th.
