Lourdes Central Catholic posted their closest win since September 23rd on Thursday. They won by a set and slipped past the Palmyra Panthers 2-1. This was payback for the Knights, who suffered a 2-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

The match was exciting from start to finish, as two sets needed extra rallies to gain a two-point lead. The final score came out to 23-25, 27-25, 29-27.

Lourdes Central Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 17-9. As for Palmyra, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-16 record this season.
