Basketball Recap: Bethel Takes a Loss

After flying high against Menchville last Monday, Bethel came back down to earth. The Bethel Bruins were just a bucket shy of victory on Tuesday and fell 2-1 to the Heritage Hurricanes. The defeat continues a trend for the Bruins in their matchups with the Hurricanes: they've now lost three in a row.

Bethel's loss dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Heritage, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-9.

Looking ahead, Bethel will venture away from home to challenge Denbigh at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Heritage, they will host Gloucester at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
