Those ten rebounds set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Branden Trujillo, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds.
Meanwhile, West Phoenix pushed their score all the way to 55 on Thursday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 62-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of South Pointe. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for West Phoenix in their matchups with South Pointe: they've now lost four in a row.
Sequoia Pathfinder Verrado Way's loss dropped their record down to 5-1. As for West Phoenix, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
