Simsboro entered their tilt with Haynesville on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with  a   5-2  victory over the Golden Tornado. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season,  with their most recent  win being a  5-4  victory  back in March.
 Chris Harrell spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned  (and one unearned) run on four hits. He has been consistent  recently: he hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in three consecutive appearances.
 On the hitting side,  Bryson Yarborough was  excellent,  scoring a  run and  stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.
Simsboro's win bumped their record up to 14-11-1. As for Haynesville, they moved to 9-5-1 with that  defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
 We've got a battle between Tigers coming up. Simsboro is facing Beekman Charter at the right time seeing as Beekman Charter is stuck on  a  three-game losing streak. As for Haynesville, they will venture away from home to  challenge Junction City  at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
