Volleyball Recap: Highland Beats Clear Fork for Their Fourth Straight Victory

Highland had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Clear Fork Colts with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on September 4th.

Highland never let Clear Fork on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-12, 25-22.

Addison Mullins paced Highland's offense, picking up nine kills. Mullins got some help from Kendal Kline and her 19 assists. Mullins also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Jossalyn Varney, each putting up three.

Highland's victory bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Clear Fork, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 13 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record this season.

Highland didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Ontario on the 2nd. As for Clear Fork, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against River Valley on the 2nd.
