Baseball Recap: Riverton Takes a Loss

Riverton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They came up short against the St. Mary's-Colgan Panthers, falling 12-0. Unfortunately, that's the first time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, with their most recent loss being a 10-0 defeat on Thursday.

Riverton's loss dropped their record down to 4-12-1. As for St. Mary's-Colgan, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: St. Mary's-Colgan beat Riverton by a score of 10-0 later that day.
