Recap: Mooreville Troopers vs. Saltillo Tigers        
        
		
            
 The Mooreville Troopers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Thursday after their fourth straight loss. They fell  66-55 to Saltillo. The  defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Mooreville in their matchups with Saltillo: they've now lost six in a row.
 Saltillo's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Cayden Howell led the charge by  dropping  a double-double on 25 points and ten  rebounds. Howell continues to roll, besting  his previous point total in each of the last five games he's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Beacone Stewart, who  scored 17 points along with five  rebounds.
 Mooreville bumped their record down to 2-8 with that  defeat, which was their fifth straight  on the road dating back to last season. As for Saltillo, their victory bumped their record up to 9-4.
 Mooreville will head out on the road to face off against Nettleton at 8:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Saltillo won't have much time to rest: their next  match is against Tupelo on December 15th. Tupelo has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 195 points over their last three games.
