Softball Recap: West Valley Eagles vs. University Prep Panthers

West Valley's last matchup with University Prep could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Tuesday. The Eagles lost 15-5 to the Panthers. The Eagles have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Aubree Wertz put in work no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out ten batters over seven innings while giving up five earned (and nine unearned) runs off ten hits. Wertz was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.
