Baseball Recap: Kent City Comes Up Short

Kent City lost against Chippewa Hills back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Eagles lost 14-1 to the Warriors.

Kent City saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aaron Vanderwest, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Kent City now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Chippewa Hills, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-10.

While Kent City had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
