Volleyball Recap: West Valley Comes Up Short

West Valley lost against Chugiak back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wolf Pack fell 2-0 to the Mustangs. The Wolf Pack have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Chugiak found their leader in sophomore London Gentile, who had 11 digs and two aces.

West Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 12-21-3. As for Chugiak, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-11-1 record this season.

West Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Mountain City Christian Academy on the 25th. As for Chugiak, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against West Anchorage on the 24th.
