            The Whitehall Zephyrs will face off against the Blue Mountain Eagles at 4:00  p.m.  on Monday. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.
While Whitehall's  victory against William Allen wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Zephyrs sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  5-4  win over the Canaries  on Saturday.
 Nik Christman looked comfortable as he  struck out six batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   two  hits (and only one walk). That's the most  strikeouts  he has posted  over his last seven  matches.
 On the hitting side, Whitehall saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Seth Hoderewski, who  went 2-for-4 with one  triple and one  RBI.  Donato Brigidi was another,  going 1-for-3 with two  runs and one  RBI.
 Meanwhile, Blue Mountain had just enough and edged out Kutztown  2-1 on Saturday. The  victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now won three in a row.
 Whitehall is  on a roll lately: they've  won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record  this season. Those  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 7.9 runs over those games. As for Blue Mountain, their victory bumped their record up to 12-6.
