Volleyball Recap: St. Charles' Luck Changes for the Better on Saturday

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Rushford-Peterson, St. Charles was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They came out on top against the Hayfield Vikings by a score of 2-0. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Fighting Saints as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

St. Charles' victory bumped their record up to 3-8. As for Hayfield, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.

St. Charles wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Bethlehem Academy on the 20th. As for Hayfield, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Grand Meadow on the 20th.
