Baseball Recap: Granada Matadors vs. Foothill Falcons
There's no place like home for Granada, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Foothill Falcons a 1-0 shutout on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Matadors: when they faced off against the Falcons on Wednesday, they had to take a 6-4 defeat.
Not much got past Tyler Kennedy, who gave up just three hits and racked up nine Ks to keep Foothill off the board. Kennedy has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.
