Baseball Recap: South Davidson Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

South Davidson won the last time they faced Lexington and things went their way on Friday too. South Davidson put the hurt on Lexington with a sharp 13-7 win. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matches by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Zander Floyd, who scored two runs and stole four bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. He is becoming a predictor of South Davidson's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 4-1 (and 0-4 when he doesn't). Dalin Johnson was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-4.
