Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Plateau Valley). They took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 69-23 victory over the Rangely Panthers. The win was familiar territory for the Cowboys who have now won 12 contests in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Plateau Valley to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jackson Bevan, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 11 rebounds. Jack Vig was another key player, dropping a double-double on 16 points and 11 boards.

Plateau Valley's victory was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-1. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.8 points per game. As for Rangely, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Plateau Valley will take on Meeker at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Plateau Valley is facing Meeker at the right time seeing as Meeker is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Rangely, they will face off against Little Snake River at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
