Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Crooked Oak Ruf-Nex walked away with it. They enjoyed a cozy 54-35 victory over the Trojans on Saturday. The victory was familiar territory for Crooked Oak who now have six in a row.
Elijah Garcia was his usual excellent self, scoring 22 points along with two steals. He has been hot recently, having posted 18 or more points the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Kedric Vick Jr., who scored nine points.
Crooked Oak's win bumped their record up to 22-4. As for Kiefer, their loss dropped their record down to 18-8.
Crooked Oak does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Kiefer also has no future games currently scheduled.
