Baseball Game Preview: Mendota Aztecs vs. Granite Hills Grizzlies

The Mendota Aztecs will be taking part in a tournament against the Granite Hills Grizzlies at 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses apiece.

Mendota saw some tournament action on Monday. They came up short against Corcoran, falling 15-3.

Meanwhile, Granite Hills lost 11-1 to Orange Cove on Monday.

Granite Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Mendota, their loss dropped their record down to 5-10.

Everything went Mendota's way against Granite Hills in their previous matchup back in March of 2019, as Mendota made off with a 14-2 win. Will the Aztecs repeat their success, or do the Grizzlies have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
