Phalen Leadership Academy had won eight straight games and R'Mello Watson did his part to make it nine on Tuesday. The Phalen Leadership Academy Falcon walked away with a 61-48 victory over the Mooresville Christian Eagles with plenty of help from Watson, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 11 boards. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rebounds.

When it comes to explaining why Mooresville Christian lost, don't look at Gresh Warren. Despite the final result, he went 10-for-24 en route to 25 points and five steals. Warren's evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 18 points.

Phalen Leadership Academy pushed their record up to 17-12 with the win, which was their tenth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.5 points over those games. As for Mooresville Christian, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-7.
