Softball Recap: Graham Takes a Loss

Graham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 25th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 18-3 to the Northwood Chargers. That's two games in a row now that the Red Devils have lost by exactly 15 runs.

Graham's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Northwood, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Graham will venture away from home to take on Southeast Alamance at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Northwood, they will head out on the road to square off against Chatham Central at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Chatham Central's pitching crew has only allowed 2.6 runs per game this season, so Northwood's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
