Volleyball Recap: Tarbut V' Torah Takes a Loss

Tarbut V' Torah lost against Avalon on Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Lions fell just short of the Lancers by a score of 3-2. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Tarbut V' Torah took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-23, 20-25, 25-19, 15-11.

Tarbut V' Torah's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Avalon, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-8.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Tarbut V' Torah will take on rival Acaciawood at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Avalon is set to square off against their familiar foe Samueli Academy on Saturday.
