Volleyball Recap: Clovis North Takes a Loss

Clovis North lost against Clovis back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Broncos fell 2-0 to the Cougars. The Broncos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Clovis North was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-23.

Clovis can attribute much of their success to Reina Dvorak, who had 20 assists and six digs.

Clovis North now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Clovis, they pushed their record up to 6-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Clovis North will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on San Joaquin Memorial at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Clovis, they will be taking part in a tournament against Kingsburg at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
