Basketball Recap: Sherman Takes a Loss

Sherman managed to slip by Prairie City/Burnt River the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Huskies might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 60-26 to Prairie City/Burnt River, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Huskies' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row dating back to last season.

Sherman's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Prairie City/Burnt River, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Sherman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 58-49 win against Pine Eagle on the 6th. As for Prairie City/Burnt River, they have also already played their next game, a 56-23 victory against Cove on the 6th.
