Rudder won the last time they faced Brenham and things went their way on Friday too. Everything went the Rudder Rangers' way against the Brenham Cubs as the Rudder Rangers made off with a 5-1 win. Considering the Rangers have won three matchups by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Brenham with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Enrique Tirado-Lopez (3), Marco Aguirre, and Santiago Lugo.

The victory made it two in a row for Rudder and bumps their season record up to 6-3-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored eight goals over those two contests. As for Brenham, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

Looking ahead, Rudder will challenge Montgomery at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Brenham, they will square off against Lake Creek at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lake Creek is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.4 goals per game this season.
