Mt. Markham has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 3.91 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Monday. They blew past the Dolgeville Blue Devils 25-13. The Mustangs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by nine runs or more this season.

Mt. Markham is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.2 runs over those games. As for Dolgeville, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mt. Markham will welcome Adirondack at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
