Preview: Dora Bulldogs vs. Fultondale Wildcats
Dora is 2-8 against Fultondale since January of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Dora Bulldogs' road trip will continue as they head out to face the Fultondale Wildcats at 1:00 p.m. on January 23rd. One thing working in Dora's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last four matchups.
Even though Cordova scored an imposing 55 points last Friday, Dora still came out on top. Dora secured a 60-55 W over Cordova.
It was another big night for Camdan Hines, who scored 16 points along with four steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Josh Williams, who scored nine points along with six rebounds.
Meanwhile, Fultondale unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of Midfield by a score of 68-65. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
The win got Dora back to even at 9-9. As for Fultondale, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-7.
Dora lost to Fultondale on the road by a decisive 63-46 margin in their previous matchup back in December of 2023. Can Dora avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
