Basketball Game Preview: South Amboy Governors vs. Calvary Christian Lions

The South Amboy Governors will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Calvary Christian Lions at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Last Tuesday, South Amboy came up short against Keyport and fell 69-56. The Governors haven't had much luck with the Raiders recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

South Amboy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

As for Calvary Christian, they've got a clean slate this season. Last year, they had a phenomenal run, finishing with a superb 20-6 record.

South Amboy came up short against Calvary Christian when the teams last played back in January, falling 78-74. Can South Amboy avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
