Beekmantown is 9-1 against Saranac Lake since May of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Eagles will welcome the Red Storm at 4:30 p.m. Beekmantown is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.2 runs per game this season.

Beekmantown blew Northeastern Clinton out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Monday Northeastern Clinton got their revenge. The Eagles fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 3-1. Having soared to a lofty 14 runs in the game before, the Eagles couldn't push the score so high this time.

Beekmantown saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Steven Bronson, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. Bryson Recore also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Meanwhile, Saranac Lake came up short against Moriah last Friday, falling 16-3.

Beekmantown's loss ended a nine-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-2. As for Saranac Lake, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Everything went Beekmantown's way against Saranac Lake when the teams last played back in May of 2024, as Beekmantown made off with a 9-2 win. Do the Eagles have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Red Storm turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
