Basketball Recap: Upperman Takes Down Hume-Fogg in a Playoff Battle

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Upperman walked away with it. They strolled past the Hume-Fogg Blue Knights with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 54-40. The Bees have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Blue Knights, too.

Upperman is on a roll lately: they've won 17 of their last 19 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-4 record this season. Hume-Fogg's loss ended an 11-game streak of away wins and brought them to 28-4.

Upperman has already played their next contest, a 55-47 victory against Greeneville on the 21st. Hume-Fogg does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
