Volleyball Recap: Coeur d'Alene Vikings vs. Skyview Hawks

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Coeur d'Alene couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They lost 3-0 to the Skyview Hawks on Friday. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Hawks recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Skyview was led to victory by Chloe Lin and Kensie Seward. Lin had 21 assists and five digs, while Seward had nine digs. That's the most digs Seward has posted since October 7th. Lizzy Bower also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Coeur d'Alene's loss dropped their record down to 24-5. As for Skyview, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 27-6.
