After a string of three wins, Hayden's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Southeastern Mustangs by a score of 2-1. The Wildcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Mustangs earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Hayden's defeat dropped their record down to 23-11. As for Southeastern, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-8.

Hayden has already played their next matchup (against Oneonta), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Southeastern, they will host Locust Fork at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
