Crete-Monee won the last time they faced Thornwood and things went their way on Friday too. The Warriors blew past the Thunderbirds, posting a 41-6 win. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Warriors' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois football rankings (they are ranked 110th, while the Thunderbirds are ranked 318th).

The victory got Crete-Monee back to even at 2-2. As for Thornwood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.
