Leo won the last time they faced New Haven and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Lions were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bulldogs. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

Leo never let New Haven on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-11, 25-23.

Leading Leo to victory were Mia Norris and Jayda Hyde. Norris had 20 assists, while Hyde had five assists. Norris is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 18 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Leo was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces in six consecutive matchups.

The victory got Leo back to even at 10-10. As for New Haven, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 14 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-17 record this season.

Leo wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Bellmont on the 25th. New Haven has also already played their next matchup (against Columbia City), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
