Kendrick skates past Jordan with ease

The Kendrick Cherokees scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Jordan 77-48 at home. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Kendrick as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
Leading Kendrick to victory were Andrew Spivey and Evan Allison. Spivey scored 13 points along with five rebounds and three steals, while Allison scored 15 points along with five rebounds and four steals. Spivey has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last seven times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Joshua Harris, who scored 15 points.
Kendrick's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-14. As for Jordan, their defeat was their 11th straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 2-14.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kendrick will take on Spencer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Spencer's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season. As for Jordan, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Academy for Classical Education at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
