Nash Central had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They put the hurt on the Farmville Central Jaguars with a sharp 63-38 win on Tuesday. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the 76-33 victory the Jaguars walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2021.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Nash Central to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cameron Fate, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 11 boards. JaKayla Gay was another key player, on her way to 20 points and three steals.

Nash Central has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.8 points over those games. Farmville Central's loss dropped their record down to 8-12.

Looking ahead, Nash Central will square off against Louisburg at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. That contest will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Marquasia Warren and CHLOE ARRINGTON. Farmville Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
