Basketball Game Preview: Ashbrook Greenwave vs. North Lincoln Knights + How To Watch

The Ashbrook Greenwave will challenge the North Lincoln Knights at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Ashbrook is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against East Lincoln on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Greenwave were beaten by the Mustangs 46-7. The loss continues a trend for the Greenwave in their meetings with the Mustangs: they've now lost eight in a row.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 21-21 at halftime, North Lincoln was not quite Alexander Central's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They took a 69-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cougars. While the Knights didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Cougars 15-5 in the first quarter.

Ashbrook's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for North Lincoln, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
