Soccer Recap: Menomonee Falls Comes Up Short

Menomonee Falls and Cedarburg squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Menomonee Falls had to settle for second. They lost 8-0 to the Bulldogs. While losing is never fun, Menomonee Falls can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin soccer rankings (they are ranked 72nd, while Cedarburg are ranked tenth).

Menomonee Falls' loss dropped their record down to 4-8-4. As for Cedarburg, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Menomonee Falls nor Cedarburg have any future games scheduled.
