Volleyball Recap: Latin Takes a Loss

The Latin Romans came up short against the Niles Notre Dame Dons on Wednesday and fell 2-0.

While Latin had to take the loss, they sure made a game of it, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-23.

Latin's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Niles Notre Dame, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

Latin is taking a road trip to take on Jones at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Niles Notre Dame, they will be playing at home against Maine South at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday.
