Everything went their way against the Long Branch Green Wave on Tuesday as they made off with a 12-6 victory. The win continues a trend for the Mustangs in their matchups with the Green Wave: they've now won seven in a row.

Marlboro's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Long Branch, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-3.

Marlboro didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, an 11-7 loss against Ranney on the 16th. As for Long Branch, they have also already played their next contest, a 13-8 win against Keyport on the 16th.
