Baseball Recap: West Lutheran Takes a Loss

West Lutheran lost against Legacy Christian Academy back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Warriors fell 10-6 to the Lions. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Lutheran saw eight different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ethan Fehrenkamp, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI.

West Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Legacy Christian Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-3.

West Lutheran and Legacy Christian Academy could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Minnesota Rankings. The Warriors (ranked 308th) will meet Spectrum (ranked 115th) at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Legacy Christian Academy will challenge Blaine at 7:00 p.m. on Friday with a big rank disadvantage (128 vs. 20).
