Basketball Recap: Eastchester Comes Up Short

Eastchester and Nyack squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Eastchester had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Nyack Red Hawks by a score of 58-55. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Eagles have suffered since January 19, 2024.

Eastchester has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-5 record this season. Nyack is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.
