Wayne extended the longest winning streak in Cardinal this week by beating Sissonville, 58-19. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Pioneers.

Scott led the league in scoring this week by notching 59 points on Poca.

Tolsia's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Blake Rose threw for 121 yards and Nathan Marshall had 79 yards receiving. On the ground Brandon Ward contributed 117 yards. Cody Salmons helped Tolsia's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 42 yards.

Marshall was the best wideout in the league this week as the Rebels defeated Tug Valley. Marshall tallied 2 receptions for 79 yards. Salmons helped Tolsia's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 42 yards.

The leading receiver in the league this season is Tyler Gibson. The Poca star has 7 catches for 202 yards.

An important game coming up in Cardinal this week will be when Mingo Central takes on Wayne. At the moment, the Miners are in third, while Tom Harmon's team is in first.

The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Mingo Central takes on the Pioneers. Danny "Yogi" Kinder's team has allowed 78 points this season, while Wayne has given up 32.

The Skyhawks made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 11,119 from 11,855. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 59-14 victory over the Dots last week.
